1-2-1 sessions to give your workout a boost

Personal Training Sessions

If our PT program isn’t for you and you just want the odd few PT sessions, why not book single 1-2-1 session as you go along or book a group of training sessions if you prefer to train with a friend and want to split the cost of sessions, each PT 1-2-1 session comes with nutritional advice and training programs to follow when working out alone

Our resident PT is RSA Level 1-3 qualified in Exercise to Music, Level 3 Personal Trainer (CYQ), RSA Level 2 Gym Instructor, 2:1 BA (hons) Sport, Science and Physiology, Nike University Instructor, Reebok University Instructor and full insured

Our PT will build a fitness program into your daily routine as we know finding time to exercise can be a challenge along with getting the motivation to continue so to make your fitness sessions more appealing our PT can schedule you a time to exercise both with them in 1-2-1 sessions and alone at the gym or home to fit in the time that you have and will include different activities (cross-training) to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your workout safely and effectively whilst allowing each muscle group worked to recover

The sessions are personalised and focused on YOU and YOUR goals.  There’s more to Personal Training than just a weekly supervised exercise session however – if you really want to achieve those health and weight loss or management goals then you need to be willing and focused on adapting your lifestyle as well, something which our PT plans and advice are all designed to help you with

This could involve changing your overall diet and general eating habits, or looking at your daily routine and physical activity to identify ways to make positive and effective changes. It could be as simple as cutting down on those tempting snacks, or learning to take the stairs instead of using the lift. Or it could be something more, such as planning out your meals more carefully ahead of time, or even starting to cycle or walk to work instead of driving

Whoever you are, and whatever your needs, we are here to help you take the first small steps which will lead you to a healthier, happier lifestyle

The PT training services we offer include:

Weight loss training, Muscle toning and shaping, Core stability and strengthening, Body weight training, Diet and nutrition advice.  We look forward to helping you on your fitness journey!

We also welcome GP and Hospital referrals.  If your GP practice is not listed on our GP Referral Scheme, please ask us for our form to give to your practice to complete
