Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness level, gain strength or start sports specific training, we at Vitawell are very proud of our Personal Training Program and our resident Personal Trainer who has over 30 years’ experience in the Exercise, Fitness and Nutrition industries
Our PT has personally trained for their own fitness goals in addition to having trained multitudes of clients looking for experienced, motivational, encouraging and enjoyable training sessions to help them achieve their goals.
Fitness should be fun, enjoyable and successful as possible because if you do not succeed doing it, you won’t enjoy it or be motivated to continue it!
At an initial 60 minute free consultation with our PT you will go through an in-depth questionnaire on what fitness level you have and what you are looking to achieve, our PT will then produce a fitness plan in agreement with you based on the information you provide and from your PT test that include your current statistics, Height, Weight, Hydration, BMI (Fat%) and Fitness Test results (if you took our Fitness Test)
Our PT will then provide you with your ‘Personal Training Pack’ which is your tailored fitness plan bespoke to you that can be followed when you are with our PT or when you are training alone at home or in the gym
The Personal Training Pack (PTP) will contain alongside your fitness plan, your long-term goal exercise plan, nutritional plan and advice, ‘how to’ information sheets for each of the exercises you have been given, a progress chart, personal targets to reach, tips, information, recommendations and meal plans combined with 24/7 access to your PTP and Personal Trainer via our online members area, in addition to continuous motivation and support from your PT and the Vitawell Team to provide you with as much help, assistance and advice when you need it!
Your Personal Training Program can be integrated or upgraded to include our Fitness Testing, Diet Profiling, Nutritional Type Testing, Dietary Planning and 12 week Diet Management Program. Ask us for more information on our programs

We also welcome GP and Hospital referrals. If your GP practice is not listed on our GP Referral Scheme, please ask us for our form to give to your practice to complete
