Fitness and Exercise program

Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight, even improve your sleep habits and self-esteem

Following a 60 minute consultation and comprehensive questionnaire we assess your fitness level, you probably have some idea of how fit you are but assessing and recording baseline fitness scores can give you benchmarks against which to measure your progress

In our assessment we test your aerobic and muscular fitness, flexibility and body composition, record your resting and exercising heart rates measure you waist circumference and record your body mass index.  From the results on how your body responded we design your tailored fitness program around you, we take into account your goals, whether you are starting a fitness program to help lose weight, tone up or to just become fit

Our Fitness and Exercise program is a 12 week regime tailored to your individual requirements with a repeat 6 week test to assess the effectiveness of the program you are following and provides you with 24/7 access to our instructor for help, information or advice. You will be required to attend a weekly hour training session with your instructor over the program period to ensure procedure and posture are being followed correctly and consistently

Your Fitness and Exercise Program can be integrated or upgraded to include our 12 week Diet Management Program or Personal Training Program.  Ask us for more information on our programs

You are advised to seek medical advice before embarking on any fitness program

We also welcome GP and Hospital referrals.  If your GP practice is not listed on our GP Referral Scheme, please ask us for our form to give to your practice to complete
