In our assessment we test your aerobic and muscular fitness, flexibility and body composition, record your resting and exercising heart rates and take over 360 body measurements using our FitPro 3D body scanner.
From the results on how your body responded we provide you with a comprehensive report which you can view online at your own pace and also provide to your Personal Trainer or Gym.
