Dietary habits and choices play a significant role in your quality of life, health and longevity, the combination of poor nutrition and lifestyle habits in conjunction with hormonal imbalances are part of the leading causes for weight imbalances
In an initial free 60 minute consultation with our practitioner we will go through a rigorous health check including an in-depth medical history and fitness questionnaire, fitness test, hormones, dietary needs and lifestyle checks
A bespoke dietary plan is then produced tailored to you with controlled calorific meal planners, along with guidance on an exercise regime to suit your fitness level
Your Dietary Planning report can be integrated or upgraded to include our 12 week Diet Management Program, Fitness Program or Personal Training Program. Ask us for more information on our programs
