Diet Profiling

By diet profiling we can discover what you normally eat in an average week, what foods you like and eat most of, what you dislike, what time of day you eat and the portion sizes you consume, from this data we can calculate your average weekly calorific consumption and dietary pattern

The science behind dietary profiling provides a “snap-shot” of your weekly eating habits and enables us to assess the requirements of your body against your food intake

In an initial free 60 minute consultation with our practitioner we will go through a questionnaire of your weekly average eating habits, the amount of food you eat, types of foods, portions and timings, we will take your weight, height and Body Mass Index (BMI)

From this data we are able to provide you with a dietary report tailored to your requirements that contains information on your ideal types of foods to include within your diet and the proportions you will need to eat

Your Diet Profiling report can be integrated or upgraded to include our 12 week Diet Management Program, Fitness Program or Personal Training Program.  Ask us for more information on our programs

You are advised to seek medical advice before embarking on any dietary program

We also welcome GP and Hospital referrals.  If your GP practice is not listed on our GP Referral Scheme, please ask us for our form to give to your practice to complete
